As a result of the firms rapid growth, we are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team, engaging with business owners and directors to uncover funding opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for high-volume outbound calling to engage with potential clients, identify funding needs, and set up meetings for our Relationship Managers. This role is perfect for a confident, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and earn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make around 100+ calls per day to both B2B (mainly warm but some cold) prospects.
  • Engage with Directors and business owners to identify funding opportunities.
  • Book meetings and calls for Relationship Managers.
  • Contact and nurture an existing client book to explore new funding needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Key Requirements

  • Sales experience in a B2B environment. (Advantageous if you have worked within the events / hospitality sector or Foreign Exchange).
  • Proven track record in phone based relationship building and generating new business.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to handle objections and turn prospects into opportunities.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a team player mentality.
