As a result of the firms rapid growth, we are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to handle incoming leads, qualify opportunities, and guide clients through the funding process.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads from our various lead sourcing channels. You will assess client needs, recommend suitable finance solutions, and manage the process from initial enquiry through to deal closure. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who is confident on the phone, embraces technology, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle high volume inbound leads, qualifying opportunities efficiently.
  • Understand a broad range of commercial finance products and match the best solution to the client’s needs.
  • Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to onboarding and closure.
  • Ensure the CRM system is updated accurately to reflect deal progression.
  • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth deal execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business.

Key Requirements

  • Ideally a minimum 2 years of experience in the commercial finance sector.
  • Strong telephone-based sales experience with excellent listening skills.
  • Confident in qualifying and converting leads into successful deals.
  • Ability to navigate and leverage technology in daily tasks.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
